In some cases you may need to train your Dialogic card and drivers to work properly with your telephone lines. This is done with the Dialogic utility known as PBXpert. NOTE: PBXpert will NOT run on the digital T1 cards. Consult the Dialogic documentation for instruction on how to use the PBXpert utility. Once you have run this utility program successfully you will need to configure the Dialogic TSP to utilize the information. This is done on the "PBX strings" tab of the "Configuration Service" dialog box as described above. Select your information file listed in the "PBX type" list box. Changes will not take effect until the computer is rebooted. NOTICEThis document along with all the content on this website represents the intellectual property of ExceleTel.
