PC-based telephony provides an efficient way to handle office communications. Telephones and PCs are perfectly compatible with each other, provided that the telephone has a PC port and that a TAPI service provider for telephony applications is installed on the PC. Technical Notes

CallBridge TU supports TAPI Versions 2.0 on Windows NT 4.x or higher, TAPI Version 2.1 on Windows NT, Windows 95 and Windows 98 and TAPI Version 3.0 on Windows 2000.  This 1^st party TAPI TSP works in conjunction with a USB cable that connects your handset to the PC. 

CallBridge is supported by PBXs running one of the following (or later) software versions:
