Even without ExceleTel TeleTools, you can download ExceleTel TeleScope (for free) and watch all it can do for you if you have a TAPI-compliant voice modem or telephony device.

This is a "Limited Duration" Version of ExceleTel TeleScope

After installation, the Telescope runs for 10 minutes, then shuts down for 2 minutes. This cycle continues until you buy a TeleTools product that includes TeleScope (or until you buy the TeleScope separately). Other than this, the software is fully functional.  We didn't want to limit the functionality during your evaluation so we limited its continuous operation only.
