activation: Activating your FREE 10-Day Premium Trial with a license key (serial number).

edition upgrade: Upgrading to an edition of our software that provides a difference in functionality such as going from TeleTools Professional to TeleTools Enterprise

registration: Providing your contact information at purchase time in order to receive your purchase registration serial number to fully activate your software

update: Updating within the same edition of our products, such as from version 3.6 to version 3.7. ex: TeleTools Enterprise 3.6 to 3.7

upgrade: Upgrading from one edition of software to another such as from TeleTools Professional to TeleTools Enterprise

version upgrade: Upgrading from a version in front of the first or second decimal point. ex: v 3.6 to v3.7 or version 2.0 to version 3.0 An upgrade differs from an update in that major features have been added
version update: Updating from a version beyond the second decimal point. ex: v3.6.2 to v3.6.3. Updates are usually maintenance releases as opposed to upgrades with added features
