I got my app to work with T.T. Express. It was my internal modem (not TAPI
compliant, just like the error checking said!). I put my 56k PC Card modem back in the slot, and it works fine with that modem. Thanks for all
the tips, etc. … Thanks for the ideas. I really like your product and Telescope. It takes very little time I wanted to see if Teletools would work with TAP/SNPP pagers. I have been using Teletools since version 1.0. I Like the low over head
it provides because it simply wraps the TAPI call backs). I've used it on several products. My company asked me to develop (a) DLL to
provide paging (Alphanumeric) for our main product (Comet Dispatcher). We have
the latest AsyncPro in our library and I wound up using it. I'm unhappy with the dll size 587kb(and slow relatively speaking) but it will have
to do. The boys at TurboPower are great coders but...instead of interfacing the API at the callback level they kind of invented a
second wheel. I promise the next opportunity I get to ask for a communications
package (for TAPI). I'll request Exceletel. We will be
developing multiline telecom stuff in the near future. i.e. Help desk apps.
I'm Teerawat Potikul student of KMITL in faculty of telecommunication engineering. I use TeleTools in my thesis to make a
automatic answer machine that can control electric device and it worked very well .My thesis passed and I get "A" grade in this term, but I can't buy your program because I'm still a jobseeker .Thank you for your TELETOOL if I got a job and have to use TeleTools , i will buy
it.
Thanks for the discussion today on the ExceleTel component. I have taken care of my licensing problem as we discussed, and things seem OK.
I am still experiencing problems with my modem deciding not to do .wav files, and I will proceed with this as we discussed. Thank you very much. I have received the information.
Thanks for the help. I think I got it working ok now. Seems that its a bit picky on where I make
the settings in my procedure. Not sure why, but It does seem to work now that I moved the
settings to just before the call is made. Thanks, Al phew.... I have to finish business plan for major funding and get back on track
of the software. It should be finished in 7-10 days. No 5 day work week here. Will e-mail again late next
week. Thanks again for all of your help and quick responses. If this is any indication of the way you guys
treat clients, then you are the ones for me. I forwarded you the reply we've got from the support team. Maybe you can add this information
the excellent FAQ! section of your site. Thanks, it worked. … In the end, the Hi-Phones appear to be functioning beautifully. Out of 15 units set up at a single location, all appear to be glitch-free. Meanwhile, we had two bad network cards, 15 bad headsets, and three bad laptops (out of 15 refurbished DELLs). With each category of hardware EXCEPT the Hi-Phones, we had to deal with stocking issues. So in the end, your service and products were superior. If you continue to restock your Hi-Phones, you will continue to be at the very top of the list. Brett Gurgel
I have been using Tele Tools and it seems to be a powerful tool - we developed an IVR and a soft phone in less than 8 hours. We are
impressed. M.I. Rafael Abraham Hamanoiel Frangie. Thanks for your promptly response. In the meantime, I have an app that
responds to inbound calls, looks up clients from telephone
numbers, and holds/unholds. Transferring needs to be done, and finalizing the outgoing call
logic, and then we have the beginnings of a viable app. Total development time 7.5 hours so far -and I new d**n all about
telephony before I started! |
