Monthly and quarterly options bill automatically. Unused incidents/hours can be carried forward for up to 12 months as long as continuous active enrollment is maintained. Billing for future periods can be accelerated to borrow forward if requested.

Credit Card (via ExceleTel merchant account payment gateway)

In additional to Google Checkout and Paypal, ExceleTel can directly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club. A secure online payment link will be provided with the invoice email.

Wire Transfer

A bank wire fee may be added to your order. Domestic wire US$10. International wire US$15.
