Software

TeleTools - Our flagship product providing tools to simplify Telephony and TAPI development.  Multiple controls and hundreds of methods and properties to monitor calls, handle caller ID, work with multiple lines, and create applications such as Call Center, Call Recording, IVR, Paging, Conferencing, etc.

TeleScope - An indispensable utility to provide a view into the inner workings of TAPI, your telephony device and your application.  Monitor events, watch what happens when you pick up a phone and dial in, debug your application.  Even watch events in real time and read the logs to show you how to code your application!  TeleScope can be used at runtime or design time.

Technical Services

To complement our products taking you from start to finish in telephony, we offer a suite of professional services.  Our Consulting Services help you get the answers you need for your project, whether it be TAPI, hardware, or software related. Our Development Services can help code part of your project or can even write an entire application should you need it, while our JumpStart Training gives you everything you need to get started yourself with a one hour phone training session, examples and courseware. Basic Trial

Typically, you are a student or a hobbyist and have no particular project need.  You don't see yourself moving to a purchase decision and just want to learn more about TAPI and/or telephony or TeleTools.  We need your name and a valid email address so that we can send you an activation serial number and provide you with the download of the TeleTools Software only.

Premium Trial

You are a serious developer looking into tools to help save you time and money and avoid having to navigate the maze of TAPI commands in order to complete your project.  You have a client, project, or application need for developing a computer telephony solution.  We need your name, contact info, email, and some information about your project, development environment, and deployment environment in order to help you down the right road to project deadline Nirvana.  We provide you with an activation serial number to eliminate the nag screens for a FREE 10-Day Trial.  You also get the invaluable TeleScope utility, example programs and example program source code.

JumpStart Training
